About

I am a registered nurse by trade, but have found my inspiration and professional joy in non-profit leadership.

In 2014, I founded a 501(c)3, Red Drop Resources, in memory of my father, who died of leukemia when I was nine. We work to help families traveling to Rochester, MN for blood cancer treatment to stay together for little to no cost.

After years of being a volunteer at Seasons Hospice, I joined their team as a supplemental nurse in 2018. In April 2022, I was honored to step into the role as Seasons' third Executive Director. This role has blended my personal and professional interests and values all together into one place.

I continue to look for opportunities to volunteer and support our community in whatever capacity I am able. I pride myself in a collaborative leadership style that leads by example to create work cultures that are inclusive, innovative, and mission-driven.
