Members of the Minnesota Network for Hospice & Palliative Care (MNHPC) join by voluntary choice, united by the shared goal of promoting and supporting hospice and palliative care throughout Minnesota. Our members are dedicated to the commitment of providing quality care and education to their teams, ensuring the highest standards are met within our communities.
MNHPC does not endorse any individual member but is steadfast in its mission to provide support, resources, and elevate end-of-life and serious illness care services to the public. By fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence, we strive to enhance the availability and quality of hospice and palliative care across the state.
