The Minnesota Network of Hospice & Palliative Care (MNHPC) is dedicated to advancing hospice and palliative care across the state. Our membership includes healthcare provider organizations, individuals, allied organizations, and business partners. Together, we share a united goal: to promote and support hospice and palliative care in Minnesota.

Hospice & Palliative Provider Member
Membership Overview:
The Hospice Provider Membership is designed for healthcare organizations committed to advancing hospice and palliative care in Minnesota. Members benefit from educational and professional development opportunities, as well as increased visibility through patient referrals and exposure in the member directory, social media, and website. This membership is ideal for organizations looking to enhance their reputation and leadership in the hospice community.
Cost:
Annual dues include a base payment of $250 plus $8.75 per patient served in the previous year. Dues are capped at $9,000 for organizations serving fewer than 2,000 patients and $11,000 for those serving 2,000 or more patients. Fees are calculated yearly and due in January.

Palliative Only Provider Member
Membership Overview:
The Palliative Provider Membership is standalone membership for organizations focused solely on palliative care. This membership fosters networking through events and collaborations with over 65 provider members and numerous allied organizations, enhancing the reach and impact of palliative care providers.
Cost:
$350/year membership

Allied Organization & Business Partner Member
Membership Overview:
This membership category is for business partners and organizations aligned with the values and mission of MNHPC. It aims to promote companies providing essential services and supplies to the hospice and palliative care communities. Members enjoy enhanced exposure and engagement within the network.
Cost:
Membership fees are based on the organization's annual operating budget:

Individual Member
Membership Overview:
Individual Membership is open to students, volunteers, retirees, and any individuals passionate about improving hospice and palliative care. Members gain access to educational resources, advocacy opportunities, and a network of like-minded individuals. Participation supports community initiatives and policy advocacy, all while fostering personal and professional growth.
